Pneumatic systems for power plants have produced electric voltage [1] and still have some disadvantage such as in the process of feedback of the air utilization. To solve this problems, the system pneumatic is designed with a variety of pneumatic such as using 2 port of piston exhaust in order to get efficient air utilization system. With this system, the air pressure generated when the piston up to top and down to the bottom will produce the same pressure exhaust air. The design of this system used for power generation from alternative energy sources is power of ocean waves.

 The potential of Indonesia which has a wider sea area than land will be used for fuel sources of new energy sources substitute petroleum fuels. The results shows that the design using a PVC tube with a diameter of 4 inches obtained air compression force while riding is 25.79 N and when the piston down by 25, 77 N. Also the results of power output of sea wave power plants are 1,7 watt and 0,96 watt to piston moving up to top and piston moving to bottom with the height of sea wave 300 mm, where the air rotation at the top of the exhaust valve is 1500 rpm and the current step down with a speed of 1200 rpm.
