Nowadays, the development of networked-control system (NCS) is to be significant because of internet significance in daily life as well as in industry. However, there are some disadvantages of the internet such as packet dropout, delay, and bandwith. These can reduce the performance of the control system. Therefore, this paper presents an analysis the performance of the control by evaluating the stability of networked control system in delay which is exist in the dynamic model of the control system.

In the event of transient disturbances, will result in a change of active power and reactive power. The magnitude of this change depends on the length of fault clearing time or in other words how quickly resolved disorders. In this study analyzed changes in active power and reactive power in the Bengkulu area network system by implementing a three-phase disturbance on the bus load 20kV of transformer unit 3 Sukamerindu which at the time of termination given simulated disturbance is set at 100 milliseconds, 250 milliseconds and 500 milliseconds which follow reference from the time of disconnection relay PLN by 0.2 seconds.

Hand gesture recognition research aimed to reducing use mechanical components such as buttons, keyboard and mouse. Controlling the robot with hand gesture recognition expected to provide the convenience of users in robot control. This study creates a robot control system based on changes in the movement of the hand. Skin color selected by conversion HSV color arrangement from. Image moment function and center of mass function is determined midpoint of the object contours are created.

Pneumatic systems for power plants have produced electric voltage [1] and still have some disadvantage such as in the process of feedback of the air utilization. To solve this problems, the system pneumatic is designed with a variety of pneumatic such as using 2 port of piston exhaust in order to get efficient air utilization system. With this system, the air pressure generated when the piston up to top and down to the bottom will produce the same pressure exhaust air. The design of this system used for power generation from alternative energy sources is power of ocean waves.

The PID controller has been in use for over a century in various forms. It has enjoyed popularity as a purely mechanical device, as a pneumatic device, and as an electronic device. PID stands for “proportional, integral, derivative.” These three terms describe the basic elements of a PID controller. Each of these elements performs a different task and has a different effect on the functioning of a system[1].

The circumstances surrounding the placement of insulators will affect the life of the insulator. Pollutants contained around Bengkulu Long Beach is in the form of the element of salt (NaCl), the pollutant is due to the evaporation of sea water through natural processes. In this study, do a photo shoot and fractal calculations for several 20kV insulator aged 10-11 years based on the distance from the coast.
