This research conducted the design of control system of temperature, humidity and sunlight intensity in green house with a microcontroller-based. Temperature and humidity is controlled by Differential Gap method, and adjustment of sunlight intensity is controlled by opening level of curtain using PID method. 

Temperature and humidity value detection is using censor SHT11, for sunlight intensity detection is using censor LDR. The actuators which is used to controlls the temperature dan humidity level is blower, heater, ventilation, and water sprayer. Controlling sunlight intensity detection is using curtain which is opening-closing movement actuator is using dc motor. The main process measurement and control system is using AVR Atmega32 microcontroller. The result of experiment show the value of error rate of temperature control is 0,13%-2,79%, error rate of humidity control is 1,63%-17,50%, error rate of sunlight intensity is 0,19%-1-12%.
